KLMBGC Flag Football Program

The Kettering-Largo-Mitchellville (KLM) flag football program is one of the sports sponsored by the club. Our goal is to teach the game of football while instilling the value of team building, sportsmanship and good old fashion fun for the ages of 5 to 7.

In keeping with our commitment and dedication to the youth of the Kettering, Largo, and Mitchellville communities, the KLM Boys & Girls Club is providing you with information on our upcoming football season. For starters, Bob Pettis, our vice president and athletic director will take the helm as our interim football commissioner for the upcoming 2011 season. This year, football registration has been reduced to $105.00.

KLMBGC will be kicking off its preseason on Saturday, August 27, 2011.  Games will be played from 9-5pm at Watkins Park.  Come out and be apart of a day filled with lots of fun!

Lastly, it has come to our attention that another football program called the KLM Steelers has been established in our service area. William Mack, our former football commissioner, is the director of the Steelers organization. Again, the KLM Steelers are not affiliated with the KLMBGC Cougars.
